Jea and Alex both moved from their home countries to live in Germany to study music. Alex was looking for a violinist to play a piece of music he had written and posted an ad in the local newspaper and it was who Jea answered. This was the beginning of their love story. Music is a huge part of their lives, they are the type of people who can pick any instrument and play it ( -and I still can’t play that damn recorder from primary school ha!) Alex proposed to Jea by writing and preforming a song on his trombone. (ahhhh romantic overload-ness!)
Jea and Alex were married on a perfect spring day at a local country church located in the Hawkesbury, followed by an outdoor wedding reception at the beautiful Remony Farm in Kurrajong. The outdoor reception was absolutely fantastic and Remony Farm was certainly the perfect location for it (I’d recommend everyone to have one if they can!). Alex also played the song he wrote for Jea at the reception, it was so beautiful!! There was lots of great food and wine flowing that was shared amongst family and friends, who watched the sun set behind the gorgeous Blue Mountains and then danced long into the night under the stars, absolutely magical!
